Yas Mall brings the Super Heroes exhibition exclusively to the Middle East
Yas Mall, the largest mall in Abu Dhabi, has partnered with DC and Warner Bros. Consumer Products to host ‘The Art of DC – The Dawn of Super Heroes’ for the first time in the Middle East. This exclusive, one-of-a-kind exhibition has been shown in Paris and London, and now makes its GCC debut, celebrating DC’s rich history, unique mythology and iconic Super Heroes and Super Villains such as Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and The Joker. Shown solely in Yas Mall, ‘The Art of DC – The Dawn of Super Heroes’ will be open to the public from November 1, 2018 until February 15, 2019. To the excitement of fans of all ages, this unique exhibition will have rare, historical original comic pages of DC’s most famous and beloved Super Heroes and Super Villains, from world-renowned artists like Jim Lee, Bob Kane, Neal Adams, Frank Miller, Alex Ross and many more.
Especially for movie-buffs, ‘The Art of DC – The Dawn of Super Heroes’ will feature a collection of awe-inspiring costumes from major blockbuster DC films, such as the famous cape worn by Christopher Reeve in the Superman movies, plus the iconic Wonder Woman outfit worn by Lynda Carter in the 1970s TV series. Fans will also be treated to rarely seen costumes and props from celebrated films directed by Zack Snyder, Tim Burton, Joel Schumacher and Christopher Nolan, including exclusive artworks from the hugely popular Justice League film.
