Throughout the day, Elements transforms into a live-cooking theatre, where culinary artistry is performed at a variety of cooking stations or "elements" strategically placed for maximum interaction between chef and guest. • Brunch buffet served every Friday from 12:00 pm - 15:00 pm (last Champagne pouring at 16:00 pm)
