The Abu Dhabi Music & Arts Foundation ADMAF is a non-profit organisation established to advance classical music, the arts, education, culture, and creativity among the nationals and residents of Abu Dhabi.ADMAF President and Patron is HE Sheikh Nahyan Mubarak Al Nahyan Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.The diverse ADMAF Program commences in October and continues through May by concentrating activities on campus where young National students are best able to participate. This allows direct interaction between the nationals and other residents in joint cultural cooperation. We are convinced that this enhances the opportunities to relate better to each other’s mutual cultural and educational progress.ADMAF has been particularly successful in establishing a cultural link among the young National students of the Higher Colleges of Technology and Zayed University. Additionally, ADMAF’s registered attendees continue to grow to over 3,900 members. ADMAF also hosts the events at other venues in Abu Dhabi including the National Universities, the National Theatre, Cultural Foundation, among others.ADMAF is the Founder and Organizer of the Annual Abu Dhabi Classical Music Festival; under the patronage of HH Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.ADMAF Goals • Establish art and cultural education in the Universities and Schools of Abu Dhabi to shape creativity among the nationals • Establish ties with parallel national and international cultural organizations • Continuous enhancement of the Music Library (audio, visual and print) that was established by ADMAF in 2002 • Enhance the cultural position of the Capital among the national and international media • Further develop its website and internet reach • Support of talented Arab artists locally and abroad (see methodology) • Promotion of young national talent • Establish a collection of contemporary Arab art • Increase publications • Develop Abu Dhabi Classical Music Festival • Develop Abu Dhabi Cartoon/Comic Strip Festival • Provide internship opportunities for Young Nationals in Art & Cultural Event Management, Marketing & Communication. • Focus on charitable causes Disputation haustellum remotability heterosmia endowments.
