Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC) recently held a quality training seminar titled “Working Together for A Better Service” for its airport employees. Organised in cooperation with Abu Dhabi Community Police / Strategic Management Department in the Ministry of Interior, the four day seminar sought to emphasise the importance of individual employees’ responsibilities and the benefits of team work.
Attended by employees from ADAC, Department of Transport, Customs, Immigration, Ports & Airports Security and airline companies in addition to members from the Community Police Force at Khalifa A Station, the four day seminar discussed several important aspects of employees’ responsibilities and emphasised on the role that they play in the development of enhanced services and facilities for passengers at Abu Dhabi International Airport. It also focused on the benefits of team work and the individual rewards gained by the successful collaboration.
The seminar was opened by Engineer Ahmed Al Haddabi, Senior Vice President, Airports Operations, at ADAC, who highlighted the importance of developing existing work responsibilities and the need to continuously pursue high quality standards when servicing clients and passengers. In a later session, Captain Mohamad Obaid Alhafiti, Head of Quality Systems, Strategy and Performance Development Administration at the Ministry of Interior, urged participants to excel in the quality of service they provide in order to leave visitors with a positive image of Abu Dhabi.
