Mashreq, one of the UAE’s leading financial institutions announced the graduation of a new group of UAE Nationals in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain from its management training program, Mashreq Al Mustaqbal. 

All graduates received certificates for completing the one year training program, which included both theoretical and practical hand on training to equip trainees with the necessary tools for the banking industry. The new group will handle mid managerial levels across Mashreq’s branch network.

His Excellency Abdul Aziz Al Ghurair, CEO of Mashreq met all the graduates and congratulated them for their dedication and commitment to completing the program. Al Ghurair emphasized the importance of nurturing talent and fostering skilled Emiratis in the UAE banking industry.

In line with its Emiratisation strategy and commitment towards this initiative, Mashreq achieved 41.53% of UAE Nationals across its operations, following a series of activities and initiatives.

In its constant efforts towards Emiratisation, Mashreq has developed training programs dedicated to recruiting, training, developing and retaining UAE Nationals employees.

’Mashreq Al Mustaqbal’ training program is aimed at introducing skilled and talented UAE National graduates to the bank across different businesses and fast track their growth to take up managerial positions. The program provides trainees with necessary leadership and management skills tools. In addition, Core Time program is in place for part time students.
