The Customer Service Division at the Municipality of Abu Dhabi City has posted a substantial growth in the number of transactions processed during the first four months of this year, with 139,306 transactions completed in the Head Office and affiliated municipal centers.
The municipality will introduce in near future the e-kiosks service for distributing foodstuffs, and open new customer service centers at the Marina Mall and Mushrif Mall in keeping with the significant progress seen by the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and the need to facilitate the service offering for customers of the Municipality of Abu Dhabi City, according to the civic body.
The customer service strategy pursued by the Municipality has contributed to enhancing customers services delivered by external municipal centers at Al Bateen, Al Shahama, and Al Wathba as well as the Municipal Services Office at Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce. Thanks to the advanced technologies in use, the processing of transactions could be slashed, and bulky applications could now be processed in an advanced & accurate manner and that meets customers aspirations for prompt delivery of integrated services.
