Imad El Baba, Chief Projects Development Officer of Bloom Properties, said: “We aim to highlight our flagship projects that are shaping up at a steady pace at Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2012. The exhibition will also provide a platform to showcase the world-class amenities that Bloom Gardens offer to end-users. Additionally, the event will serve as a key forum to build new relationships with investors.”
Visitors will further learn about Bloom Gardens, the exclusive residential community strategically located on the elegant Eastern Mangrove Corniche on the island of Abu Dhabi. The project provides a relaxed Mediterranean ambience topped with premium amenities such as Brighton College. Phase-I features a total of 123 residential units including villas and townhouses that are scheduled for handover by end-April 2012.
Abu Dhabi Marina, which is also on the spotlight, boasts a cleverly interwoven design offering spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf, marina, and the city. The project will feature 230 residential apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms, 192 hotel rooms and 57 executive apartments, in addition to offering 849 parking spaces for the convenience of residents and visitors.
Launched in Cityscape 2010, Bloom Central will shape into a 25 storey mixed-use development comprising 49 residential apartments and office space. It will also host a 315-key five-star Marriot Hotel and 64 serviced apartments.
Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2012 provides an opportunity to examine key industry trends and issues.
