Emirates Post Group has announced the launch of the service of paying water and electricity bills and reconnection fees of Al Ain Distribution at any of the post offices across the UAE.
This follows the signing of an agreement between Emirates Post Group and Al Ain Distribution Company, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority. The agreement was signed by Mr. Ibrahim Bin Karam, Chief Commercial Officer of Emirates Post Group and Mr. Mohammed Salem bin Omeir, acting Director General of Al Ain Distribution Company.
Mr. Ibrahim Bin Karam expressed his gratitude to Al Ain Distribution Company for its full cooperation in launching this service, which further strengthens the portfolio of services being offered by Emirates Post to the public with highest standards of quality and excellence. He announced that this service is available at all Emirates Post offices in the country from March 11.
“Emirates Post is constantly working towards adding new services to achieve its goals of making the post offices one-stop shops for various services," added Mr. Bin Karam.
Mr. Mohammed bin Omeir expressed his pleasure over the ease with which post offices will enable consumers to pay their bills and reconnection charges.
“The signing of this agreement forms part of our endeavor to simplify and speed up the procedure of paying bills. This is part of Al Distribution Company’s strategy to open new outlets for payment of bills in different areas, with the objective of saving consumers’ time and effort. We believe these measures will help achieve our goals and result in higher customer satisfaction,” added bin Omeir.
