To celebrate the launch of the new a la carte menu at Shang Palace and Etihad Airways new route to Shanghai, the two luxury brands have teamed up to give one lucky couple a change to experience both. Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi and Etihad Airways have joined forces for an exciting Facebook competition through which one lucky couple will have a chance to "Taste the Journey" with a culinary trip of a lifetime to Shanghai.
The prize includes two round trip Pearl Business class tickets to Shanghai from any destination in the world that Etihad Airways flies directly, including a two night stopover in Abu Dhabi.
The winners will spend two nights in the luxurious Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri in Abu Dhabi including breakfast and two nights at Pudong Shangri-La in Shanghai.
The lucky winners will enjoy a complimentary dinner for two at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts signature restaurant - Shang Palace, in each city. To enter the Facebook competition, participants are invited to update their status with their favourite menu item at Shang Palace on Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi Facebook page and enter the photo competition on Etihad Airways Facebook page. The deadline for the competition is on 22 March 2012.
