Abu Dhabi will host an international conference on women’s sports between 1-2 February 2012 under the patronage of HH Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of General Women’s Union and of the Family Development Foundation.

The conference to be organised by Sports Sponsorship Programme in association with Abu Dhabi Sports Council, General Women’s Union and Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak Academy will be attended by a large number of delegates and institutions from around the world.

The conference will discuss over a number of sessions, the important role sports plays in the mental and physical health of women.
