SKOPOS Consulting Group, a leading provider of customized Organization Development (OD) solutions to companies in the Middle East and Africa, is joining a select group of human resource (HR) firms in discussing issues affecting employment of women in the GCC during the 3rd Annual Women in Leadership Forum (WIL) being held from November 23 to 24, 2011 at the Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi. Initiatives such as the WIL are helping drive women employment in different industries across the region.
Held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikha Shamsa Bint Suhail, Wife of H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE and Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, the Forum is organized in conjunction with the Shamsa Bint Suhail Award for Creative Women. SKOPOS, a Sponsor and Knowledge Partner of the event, will be represented at the Forum by Dr. Hussein El Kazzaz, Managing Director; Marwa Farouq Al-Hefnawi, Partner Consultant; and Ahmad El Nashar, General Manager.
Dr. El Kazzaz is a panel member in two panel sessions on the topic, “How are the government, business councils and other organizations actively supporting the Middle East’s women in business? Understanding the importance of networking and connecting with key advocates can help take your career or new business venture to new heights”. Ms. Al-Hefnawi and Mr. El Nashar will be conducting two workshops titled “Values-Driven Leadership”, which will emphasize the importance of aligning organizational values through leadership.
