The National Health Insurance Company- Daman today officially opened two new branches in here Musaffah to cater to corporate and individual clients.

Khaled Al Qubaisi, Chairman of Daman, marked the official opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, which was attended by Mohamed Rashed Al Hameli, Daman board member and Dr. Michael Bitzer, Chief Executive Officer of Daman, and a number of company executives.

Khaled Al Qubaisi said, "Increasing our service network closer to different communities within the country is part of our ongoing expansion strategy. These branches’ interiors, advanced technologies and efficiency in services will form a model for our different customer service locations moving forward." Both branches offer high processing capacity and state of the art technology to ensure shorter waiting times and increased efficiency for both, corporate and individual customers. Visitors to the branch can expect a variety of available services including, policy enrollment, renewal procedures and receiving claim requests in addition to answering general enquiries.

Dr. Michael Bitzer commented, "The opening of these branches brings the total number of our branch network to 8 combined with 21 service points, enabling us to serve our customers more conveniently. We look forward to rolling out the increased efficiency measures and higher capacity for services these branches offer to our existing branch network. " The specially designed branch for Daman’s Individual Basic Plan customer is equipped to handle more than 1000 customers per day and includes on-the-spot card printing.

Dr. Sven Rohte, Chief Commercial Officer of Daman, commented: "We have taken into consideration multiple factors before opening those branches. Both were designed to suit the specific needs of our corporate and individual clients. This includes layout, seating and technological capabilities where we introduced state-of-the-art work flow systems that increase efficiency and reduce waiting times." The branches will operate from 8:00am to 4:00pm Sunday to Thursday.
