Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA) plans to extend its Emiratization success with more opportunities for Emirati candidates at "Najah 2011" which will takes place at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre from 18 - 20 October 2011. SEHA’s inspirational "Let’s Keep Abu Dhabi Smiling" campaign has helped the leading healthcare provider motivate talented youth and experienced UAE nationals to consider and take up career opportunities within the healthcare sector, making it a highly successful Emiratization drive by Abu Dhabi’s leading healthcare provider.
Earlier, hundreds of Emirati candidates were interviewed by SEHA in Abu Dhabi from 26 - 29 June 2011 and in Al Ain from 27-30 June 2011 in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Tawteen Council. The Emirati candidates interviewed were for various technical and non-technical positions across SEHA HealthSystem. The Emirati Job-seekers were from a wide range of educational backgrounds - Secondary School educated to Diploma Certificate holders.
Commenting on SEHA’s participation at Najah, Mr. Mohammad Al Hameli, Chief Support Services officer for "SEHA" said, "Najah gives us yet another opportunity to reach out to talented Emirati candidates. With our long-term commitment to empower UAE nationals, we want to build awareness around career opportunities at SEHA, enable talented individuals with the right environment and training so they can build a successful career within SEHA HealthSystem." NAJAH exhibition is a leading annual exhibition that focuses on higher education, training and career sectors in the United Arab Emirates attracting over 120 exhibitors and more than 18,000 visitors. In its 5th year, the NAJAH exhibition remains strongly supported by key government entities including Abu Dhabi Education Council, Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Emirates National Development Programme and Dubai International Academic City amongst many others.
SEHA plans to continue with its Emiratization campaign in the coming months by reaching out to high school students across the emirate of Abu Dhabi. A state-of-the-art simulation program is planned to attract budding talents by giving them a real-life experience of challenges and joy of working at SEHA.
