The International Students Network, ISN, is organizing the American Education Expo 2011 to present the world’s most prestigious institutions of higher learning.
The exhibition will be held in Dubai on Sunday, October 2, 2011 from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM at the Al Bustan Rotana Hotel and on Monday in Abu Dhabi, October 3, from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM at the Abu Dhabi Rona Beach Hotel.
The American Education Expo 2011 is organized in association with US Embassy and the American Center for Press and Cultural Affairs.
Officials from the participating colleges and universities will be present at the American Education Expo selecting recipients of generous scholarships worth over US$ one million to be given out by the schools, according to an emailed statement by the U.S Embassy in Abu Dhabi.
The release said the event represents a unique opportunity to speak face-to-face with admission officials from the world’s best boarding schools, community colleges, and universities. These officials will be available to answer any questions about academics, admissions, financial aid, scholarships, and more.
At the event, students and their parents can ask any questions regarding registration, tuition, visa cost of living.
Students can bring their TOEFL scores, high school transcripts, and other documents to obtain answers regarding admissions, scholarships and extracurricular activities, it added.
