Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, H.E. Mohammed bin Murshid Al Rumaithi yesterday inaugurated the Royal Business Center “RBC” at Al Wehda City Tower in the capital city of Abu Dhabi.
The Ceremony was attended by H.E. Khalifa bin Naser Al Suwaidi, Awad Mohamed Tarif Al Katbi, Royal Business Center chairman, and many representatives from both, government and private sectors.
It is the first Business Center of its type around the world, as it is designed and developed in accordance with the green building standards, thus giving Abu Dhabi the lead in developing green business centers worldwide.
H.H. Awad Mohamed Tarif Al Katbi said: “Abu Dhabi is the capital city of the UAE and the center of politics, industry, culture and commerce in the country. Possessing 9% of the world’s oil reserves and 5% of the gas reserves, Abu Dhabi has witnessed tremendous growth in recent years as the economy and industry of the city have been carefully developed. Today, Abu Dhabi boasts one of the highest per capita incomes anywhere in the world, which led us to develop a high class business hub to integrate the companies and people involved in the business in an outstanding ambience.”
