The climax to the 2010/11 Barclays Premier League season will be broadcast like never before in the Middle East and North Africa this Sunday, when AD Sports embarks on an initiative to bring viewers closer than ever to the action on the final day of the Premier League season with simultaneous broadcast of all 10 matches live in HD and exclusive coverage from the stadiums in the UK.
The network’s season-ending coverage from the stadiums will include exclusive Arabic punditry, reports and analysis from three venues across England, focused on key battles from both the top and the bottom of the Premier League table.
Also on Sunday 22nd May, AD Sports will be producing and broadcasting a two hour season review, presented by Osama Al Amiri, reviewing and discussing all the highs and lows of the entire season with expert analysts.
The offering further strengthens AD Sports’ commitment to pioneering sports programming in bringing viewers in the region a new and enhanced sports coverage experience.
Mohammed Najeeb, director of AD Sports channels, said: "The efforts we have made to enhance our special coverage of the league, both throughout the season and on the final day, are testament to our ambitions to ensure our viewers in the region receive the highest quality coverage and analysis of the most watched football league in the world. We are always looking to offer new features and in depth analysis for our viewers to enjoy.
The Abu Dhabi Media-owned sports broadcaster acquired the rights to the Barclays Premier League in June 2010, and has successfully broadcast every one of the 380 games throughout the region, live and exclusive in High Definition.
