Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) Distribution and Al Fahim Group’s Central Motors & Equipment (CM&E) teamed up to offer a wider range of automotive services to drive-in customers at petrol stations in Souk Al Bateen and Embassies Area.

With the new signage installed, the Managing Director of Al Fahim Group, Mr. Rashed Abdul Jalil Al Fahim, and Mr. Paiman El Malla, General Manager of Central Motors & Equipment, gathered with employees to celebrate the official launch of the venture.

Central Motors & Equipment in Souk Al Bateen and the Embassies Area in Abu Dhabi operates the Tire Fitment Centre, Bosch Service and Bosch Automotive Parts. With a stronghold in automotive products and services, CM&E’s know-how of the industry also extends to Michelin, Blaupunkt, Garrett, Knorr-Bremse, Osram, as well as, Bosch, Skil and Dremel for power tools.

Strategically present in accessible and convenient locations, the purpose of the venture is to offer customers a one-stop-shop. In addition to the products and services provided by the petrol station, the automotive company’s presence as a quick-fit operation for vehicle and tyre-related services is guaranteed to improve customers’ experiences. The automotive company has already witnessed a 60% increase in sales since the centers have opened in Al Bateen and Embassies Area. In the last two weeks, CM&E has generated traffic of over 20 cars per day per station. Services are operational from 8:00 am Saturdays through Thursdays to 9:00 pm, and from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Fridays and public holidays.

“CM&E’s well-trained technicians and skilled mechanics inspect vehicles with Bosch diagnostics during customers’ visits. The outlets focus on quick servicing, including air conditioning, rapid repairs, including brakes, as well as shock absorbers and tyre-related services,” stated Mr. El Malla. “Our objectives in undertaking this promising cooperation, is to further develop our presence in the UAE, beginning with Abu Dhabi, by offering our services to vehicles which have gone out of warranty or require a genuine maintenance.”
