Abu Dhabi Finance has been named as a Finalist in the Customer Service Department of the Year – Financial Services and Relationship Management Solution categories in the fifth annual Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service.
The mortgage lender was nominated for the overall quality of its service proposition, which is unique in the United Arab Emirates market, as well as for its innovative ways in managing client relationships. This includes the incentivisation of service excellence, continuous training for service staff, and soliciting client feedback for benchmarking and improvement on an ongoing basis.
Abu Dhabi Finance’s two entries have been selected by independent judges from more than 800 entries from organisations of all sizes and in virtually every industry.

Members of the Awards’ Board of Distinguished Judges & Advisors held the final judging from January 24 - February 4 to select Stevie Award winners from among the Finalists. These were chosen by business professionals worldwide during preliminary judging. The winners will be announced at a gala awards banquet on Monday, February 21 at the Eden Roc Renaissance Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida.
