Imperial College London Diabetes Centre (ICLDC), the organisers of Walk UAE 2010 is giving away 4,000 tickets to the Nelly Furtado concert, this weekend.

Two tickets to see the singer-songwriter extraordinaire live will be presented to each of the first 2,000 people who register for ICLDC’s fourth annual diabetes walkathon, Walk UAE 2010 at Yas Marina Circuit, Abu Dhabi on Friday (November 26 2010). The Nelly Furtado performance starts at 7pm on Friday at Yas Arena – straight after WALK UAE 2010. The walkathon starts at 3pm.

Abu Dhabi’s fourth annual walkathon, Walk UAE 2010 is part of ICLDC’s award-winning public health awareness campaign held under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak. The National Health Insurance Company - Daman is onboard as the event’s presenter.

Walk UAE has shown that it has the ability to draw public attention to the importance of regular exercise as part of a healthy lifestyle agenda that is good for all the family.
