In preparation for Yasalam 2010, children from schools across the UAE including Choiefat School, ABC School and Al Suqoor Model School have been challenged to decorate and paint racing helmet designs on canvases, inspired by their excitement for the 2010 Formula 1™ Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
Organised by FLASH Entertainment and KHP Consulting as part of Yasalam Live Across the City, the final artwork will be showcased at The Art of Racing Galleria at Ghaf Gallery, Abu Dhabi from 25th October – 14th November. The children’s canvases will be displayed alongside the work of 11 internationally acclaimed F1™ inspired painters, photographers and sculptors, such as Rainer Schlegelmilch, Art Rotondo and Ian Cook.

The children and their families will all be invited to the gallery launch on 25th October to meet Art Rotondo, the world renowned motorsport helmet designer.
