In spirit of the holy month of Ramadan, Etisalat announced that Etisalat business centers and service outlets would have new working hours in its endeavor to maximize customer and employee satisfaction. The business centers will work on a two shift basis, to enhance customer convenience and service experience.
The revised business timings are as follows: Sunday – Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and the evening shift from 9:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. On Saturday, the timings are from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. At the main business centres, the timings for the evening shift will be from 9:00 p.m. – 3:00 a.m.
Etisalat outlets functioning out of shopping centers will follow the timing of the respective shopping centers they are located in.
