(6 August 2010)
UAE graced the inaugural show and Brazil and Korea ended it

Samba dances which originated in beginning of 19th century, through the consistency of the body movements along with the rhythm of the music, was a point of attraction for the people. The dresses of the Samba troupe were also admired by the attendees of the show.

The Korean troop impressed the audience by depicting the Asian culture dating back to thousands of years. Their dance was rich in nobility and self respect as they moved their shoulders and been jumping quickly at the extreme end of the stage. The music was also romantic by using the pipe and the drums.

The UAE performances in the beginning of the activities of the “Around the World in 60 days” have truly mirrored the old way of living in the UAE and reflected strong ties that exist between the performers who get into the songs in a way that shows their admiration to their legacy.

The Al Ayyala dance was performed by the UAE troupe in the inauguration of the show with a continuous clapping by the visitors of Bawadi Mall.
