The proceedings were opened by ADMA-OPCO General Manager , Mr. Ali Rashid Al Jarwan, who stressed the importance of the Geosciences for the future of the industry and the country. He was particularly gratified to see such interest from the students who attended the opening.

“The objective of the exhibition is to raise awareness inside the industry of the impact and importance of the Geosciences and by inviting students to participate in the event, we hope to stimulate more interest in the field and encourage students to consider careers in the Geosciences.” said Mr. Al Jarwan
