The Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company (ADMA-OPCO) honored its long serving employees at the company’s Headquarters on Monday, April 26.
The ceremony was attended by the General Management, divisional managers, team and section leaders and company employees.
One hundred and fifty nine employees received awards marking between 10 years and 35 years’ service. The General Manager Ali Rashid Al Jarwan and Assistant General Managers presented the awards to the employees of their respective business units.
Addressing the gathering, Al Jarwan thanked the honorees for their hard work, dedication and long attachment with the Company. “I am honored to congratulate these outstanding employees whose work sets a high standard that everyone strives to attain”.
He said the honored employees, at their various levels, have made important contributions throughout their career to the Company’s continuing efforts to enhance its performance. “Without the sincere efforts, exemplary work and commitment of every one of you, successful execution of ADMA-OPCO projects couldn’t have been achieved,” Al Jarwan added.
Al Jarwan also spoke about the company’s achievements and the challenges ahead, urging all the employees to continue to work at the same high level of enthusiasm and dedication to help achieve the company’s objectives.
ADMA-OPCO has a well-established policy of rewarding staff for their long service. The awards are made to encourage motivation and recognise the loyalty and experience of the staff. The number of recipients has increased significantly over the years, which is another sign of loyalty and a clear indication of the success of the company’s strategy to retain its employees.
