Announcing its tie-up with Gaudir - one of Spain’s leading Boutique interior design companies - BID will introduce a limited time offer for buyers who purchase apartments within Phase ll of Bawabat Al Sharq. The promotion, titled “Buy Your Apartment, Enjoy your Free Furniture”, entitles buyers who purchase Bawabat Al Sharq apartments to complimentary furniture from Gaudir. The value of the offer will vary depending on the type of unit purchased.

The Phase ll apartments, which represent a blend of tradition and modernism, include a total of 500 units spread across 14 distinctive buildings within 6 different blocks. The buildings are surrounded with spacious and alluring landscaping with water views. In addition, the new apartments, which include a mix of deluxe suites, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, as well as exclusive penthouses endowed with terraces and Jacuzzis, are amply spacious and provide a perfectly comfortable living environment.

Likewise, the company introduces an offer on villas within Phase ll of the project. Buyers who purchase villas will be entitled to a state-of-the-art Bang & Olufsen 40 inch television screen with cinema like speaker systems offering the best in home entertainment.

Commenting on BID’s participation in Cityscape Abu Dhabi, Wael Tawil, CEO of BID, said: “The Abu Dhabi Economy has witnessed positive changes that had a valuable impact on end users in the real estate sector and hence developers have responded effectively to those changes. Striving to be pioneers in the field, we have devised unique offers for our customers during Cityscape Abu Dhabi, a prominent real estate forum in the region.”

Commenting on Cityscape, Wael El Ashry Commercial Vice President of BID said: “Like every year, Cityscape will witness an influx of investors and end users, all of whom are searching for property solutions that address their various requirements. Cityscape is among the most important occurrences which enable developers to provide their customers with special promotions as well as different financing options to choose from”.

Bawabat Al Sharq is an AED 3 billion mixed use development that comprises an assortment of luxury services such as exclusive retail outlets, world-class entertainment, quality health services, and a renowned educational institution. The project is meticulously designed to meet the varied requirements of different customers.
