Flash Entertainment, the region’s premier live events company, today announced legendary singer Sir Tom Jones will be performing at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) on April 16th. It will be the first time the award-winning events company has staged an event indoors in Abu Dhabi.

Performing for the first time in Abu Dhabi and following on from his successful UK tour last year, Sir Tom Jones will sing his most popular and loved songs such as ‘Delilah’, ‘She’s a Lady’ and ‘It’s not unusual’ as well as a plethora of other chart-topping hits.

Born and bred in South Wales and with a career spanning over forty five years, Sir Tom Jones is one of the world’s most critically acclaimed artists. With successful collaborations with the likes of Tina Turner, The Stereophonics and Luciano Pavarotti to name but a few as well as many multimillion dollar selling albums, he is widely recognised as a musical legend; a man who has paved the way and influenced many modern artists like Amy Winehouse, Mark Ronson and Duffy amongst others.

John Lickrish, Managing Director of Flash Entertainment, the company behind bringing the man with the velvet moves to Abu Dhabi, said:

The announcement of Sir Tom Jones coming to Abu Dhabi follows a successful year for Flash Entertainment which saw them bring a host of the world’s leading performers to the Emirate, including Rihanna, The Killers and the likes of Beyonce and Aerosmith who performed during the inaugural Formula 1™ Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

The show, which will be held in partnership with official talent booker Live Nation, will be the first time an international artist has performed at ADNEC.

Tom Jones Live in Abu Dhabi is an all-seated concert with tickets on sale from Monday March 22nd, across the different categories; Diamond at AED 895, Pearl at AED 695, Coral at AED 595, Grandstand at AED 395 and Balcony seats at AED 365.
