The National Bank of Abu Dhabi, will sponsor the two-day fourth Abu Dhabi Economic Forum commencing from tomorrow.
The Abu Dhabi Economic Forum, organised by Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal and the Department of Economic Development, will feature an array of scholars, experts, industry executives and professionals, who will discuss, analyse and debate a wide range of issues such as credit, corporate strategies, banking, economic growth and outlook, both locally and globally.
Nasser Ahmed Alsowaidi, Chairman of Department of Economic Development, and the Chairman of NBAD’s Board of Directors, will inaugurate the session at 9:15 on February 22, at the Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi.
Abhijit Choudhury, the Group Chief Risk Officer at NBAD, will participate in a panel that will discuss how banking and the financial services industry are handling the crisis and new regulations. On the second day of the forum, Dr. G?yas G?kkent, Group Chief Economist, NBAD will participate in a panel that will discuss regional investment outlook.
NBAD is part of the DNA of Abu Dhabi, and this sponsorship further confirms the bank’s commitment to serving and building Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE nation by supporting milestones events and financing projects in different economic sectors to achieve Abu Dhabi Vision 2030.
