His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court, chaired the Ministerial Development Council meeting at Qasr Al Watan in Abu Dhabi.
During the meeting, the Council discussed a number of initiatives, policies and projects aimed at developing the government work system in the country.
The meeting discussed the results achieved in the field of labour market regulation, Emiratisation, and the health sector, in addition to discussing a number of proposed federal legislations in the field of financial markets, civil aviation, artificial intelligence, and labor market, as well as several improvement proposals related to government housing services provided by the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme.
In governmental affairs, the Council reviewed a number of 2023 reports on the results and achievements of some federal entities, including the United Arab Emirates University, the UAE Space Agency, the Emirates Tourism Council, the Medical Liability Supreme Committee, and the Higher Committee for Government Digital Transformation, in addition to the work of the Postal Sector Regulation Committee and the Emirates Scientists Council.
