Nahyan: The March Into Progress Is A Source Of Pride

Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research HE Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan lauded the great support given by President HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan to the country’s march to renaissance, especially in the field of higher education.

Sheikh Nahyan specially noted that the leadership never failed to provide the citizens with all that is necessary for their success, welfare and prosperity.

Speaking to the Emirates News Agency (WAM) on the occasion of the 38th National Day of UAE, the minister also hailed the role played by Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum in the field of higher education as well as his continued support to the building of a knowledge based society in the UAE.

Sheikh Nahyan also paid tribute to Their Highnesses the UAE Supreme Council Members and Rulers of emirates for their support to higher education in the country. This has made UAE to become a major centre of educational development.

He also thanked the leaders of the country for providing the citizens with excellent educational opportunities available on the global level with the full conviction that education is the definite way into prosperity, progress and success for individuals and the society.
