The UAE Central Bank issued today a 313 gram and 65 mm diameter gold commemorative coin to mark the 2009 Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

’’Only 100 gold coins, which carry the portraits of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, on one face and the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix-2009 Formula 1 logo on the back, have been issued, a bank press release said.

The limited issue will not be put for sale to the general public.
