Rabdan Academy was recognised as finalist in the LinkedIn Rising Star Award for the government sector in the fifth edition of LinkedIn Talent Awards MENA 2019. The LinkedIn Talent Awards are a recognition awarded by LinkedIn to companies based on their utilisation of LinkedIn solutions and activities. Based in Abu Dhabi, the Academy specialises in safety, security, defence, emergency preparedness, and crisis management.
The award aims to celebrate the achievements of individuals, business owners, and teams, who have adopted LinkedIn Talent Solutions, and achieved a significant impact on their business. The award categories include Top Social Recruiter, LinkedIn Rising Star, Best Talent Acquisition Team, Best Employer Brand on LinkedIn, Talent Intelligence Pioneer, Top Digital Sales Team, and Best Culture of Learning.
Rabdan Academy has attracted international university professors, based on the professionalism of its research team. The Academy has also succeeded in increasing its follower base and average company page visits on LinkedIn in a short period of time.
The LinkedIn Rising Star Award was received by Hasan Mohamed Al Marzooqi, Advisor and Director of the Marketing and Communications Department at Rabdan Academy, during a ceremony that was held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Dubai. The ceremony was attended by His Excellency Omar Sultan Al Olama, Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence (AI), as well as senior officials from LinkedIn and government officials from the UAE and MENA.
Dr. Faisal Al Ayyan, Vice President of Rabdan Academy, expressed his happiness for receiving this award as it reflects the team’s efforts in acquiring the best talents and experts in the field of education, training and management.
