The Indian ambassador to UAE has acclaimed the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department's adoption of claim forms in Hindi.
This came as Youssif Saeed Al-Abri, Undersecretary of the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, received Navdeeb Suri, in his office recently.
The meeting reviewed prospects for developing cooperation between the ADJD and judicial institutions in the Republic of India in line with the directives of H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, and Chairman of the Judicial Department, to cement ties with various judicial departments regionally and internationally.
Al-Abri stressed the keenness of the Judicial Department to improve and ensure easy and smooth access to all the services provided by the department, as well as enhance effectiveness and sustainability of judicial processes.
The Indian Ambassador praised the distinguished initiatives of the Judicial Department in the interest of the UAE resident communities, especially the adoption of interactive forms of court cases and the inclusion of Hindi along with both the Arabic and English languages in labor cases to eliminate the language barrier among the litigants.
He also appreciated the efforts of the Judicial Department to provide multi-language translation services.
