The new office in Abu Dhabi’s financial centre will expand Intertrust’s existing presence in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and consolidate its position as one of the leading corporate services providers in the region.
Intertrust has been active in the UAE for over 17 years and services a growing number of international and GCC multinationals. The Abu Dhabi office, led by Managing Director of UAE, Patricia 't Hart-van Rooijen, will enable Intertrust to provide its clients with access to the ADGM’s best-in-class independent regulatory framework and a variety of legal structures including its Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).
