A team from the Aviation Sector at the Department of Transport (DoT) in Abu Dhabi, in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Airports Company, distributed number of “Your Guide to Successful Air Travel” Booklet among the passengers in Abu Dhabi International Airport. This is as part of the Civil Aviation Sector’s efforts to enhance the efficiency of the Aviation Transport Network in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

The booklet includes comprehensive information about the passengers’ rights and duties before, during and after travelling in addition to all related procedures required to follow in case of facing troubles. This initiative comes in part of DoT’s efforts to increase the levels of satisfaction and happiness among the customers by facilitating their travelling.

It is worth to mention that this booklet is an outcome of the efforts dedicated by DoT to ensure offering the passengers with high quality services based on the best practices. This comes in coinciding with the increased passengers traffic in Abu Dhabi International Airport and the economic, commercial and tourism development in the Emirate.
