Students interested in pursuing a career in the region’s burgeoning aviation industry can visit Career Week at the Horizon International Flight Academy in Al Ain from July 20 – 23 to talk to experts and find out more about the aviation industry.
The Higher Diploma in Aviation Business Administration is open to all who have ambitions to pursue a career in aviation. This new addition to Horizon’s training portfolio is also designed for pilots who hold a Commercial Pilot License (CPL). This program can support their flying credentials with professional qualifications.
“Horizon is the only Academy in the region to receive accreditation to offer the Higher Diploma program and is especially valuable to those individuals who later want to move from flying to management,” according to the Academy’s General Manager, Mohammed Humaidan Al Zaabi.
The inaugural semester of the Higher Diploma is set to commence on August 23, and registrations are now open for the program.
The Higher Diploma Program accredited by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education can help candidates’ fast track to a bachelor’s degree at select universities overseas, while improving job prospects in the ever growing aviation industry.
Horizon’s state-of-the-art facility is fully geared to enable students to reach their goals through high quality training and knowledge transfer based on internationally recognized standards.
“The UAE aviation industry in particular will benefit, as qualified aviation professionals will support and sustain the long term growth planned for the industry”, Al Zaabi concluded.
