The countdown is on for the first ever Golden Goal prize draw, with five new cars – including a Chevrolet Corvette - up for grabs in Abu Dhabi’s Khalidiya Mall this Wednesday, 15 July, from 7pm onwards.

Golden Goal is a new sports sponsorship company that launched in the UAE in April 2009. With a five year contract with Al Jazira Club, the company has a unique three part ticketing system; the first part gives entry to an Al Jazira Club football match; the second part is a ‘scratch and win’ card with cash prizes and the chance to win a car; and the third part is a raffle ticket for a quarterly draw to win one of five new cars.

To celebrate the company’s first ever prize draw, Golden Goal is hosting a three hour promotion show at Abu Dhabi’s Khalidiya Mall this Wednesday (15 July) that will make sure the capital’s shoppers and VIP guests are in the know about Abu Dhabi’s newest entry to the sports sponsorship playing field. The draw will take place between 7pm and 10pm, with one lucky winner picking up a car every hour, on the hour.

“Golden Goal is starting its tenure as ‘the premier sports sponsorship company’ in the region by giving away five cars on July 15th in the first of what we plan to be many Golden Goal give-away extravaganzas. Over the course of the night, we will be giving away a Chevrolet Corvette, a Tahoe, a Captiva, a Caprice Roya, and an Epica. Be sure to play while our season lasts! All ticket sales will end from 6pm to 8pm, on July 15th, and resume on September 21st. The show will be hosted by the well known model, TV and radio personality Hanane Taalah, and will be full of surprises including award winning illusionist Gaston Quieto, the Xtremer Dance Crew, and Radio 1’s DJ Humaid broadcasting live from the event. Everyone is welcome to come down and join the celebrations.”

There are just a few days left to buy tickets to qualify for this, the first ever Golden Goal prize draw.

“Tickets are available from Golden Goal stands on both floors, totaling 3 locations in Khalidiya Mall with the grand prize of the Chevrolet Corvette on show on the first floor, waiting for its new lucky owner to collect the keys and drive it home this Wednesday”, said Marcello Larizza, Mall Manager of Khalidiya Mall.
