The Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre (ADCCAC), an initiative by the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, has concluded the third stage of the program of preparing and habilitating arbitrators in cooperation with the GCC Commercial Arbitration Center in Abu Dhabi.
The program contains six linked stages, which allow participants upon completion to obtain the necessary certificates to be registered as approved arbitrators in the list of the GCC Commercial Arbitration Center and to hold its official badge.
The third stage of the program focused on the arbitration award, how it was approached and the principles of its drafting and included: Types of arbitration award, arbitration known forms, reasoning in drafting arbitration awards, core data of the arbitration award, and the impacts of the arbitration award.
It is worth noting that the program aims at habilitating technical and legal cadres in the Arab world to work in the field of arbitration and to elevate the level of arbitration for those who are interested in the area of arbitration under the supervision of Dr. Magdi Ibrahim Qasem, Executive Director of the ADCCAC.
