Aldar Properties is incredibly proud to sign up as an Official Partner to the Special Olympics World Games Abu Dhabi 2019, taking place in Abu Dhabi from 14-21 March 2019. The sponsorship agreement follows Aldar’s role as an Official Partner for the recent Special Olympics IX MENA Games, also held in the UAE Capital.
His Excellency Mohamad Abdulla Al Junaibi, Chairman of the Higher Committee of Special Olympics World Games 2019, expressed his gratitude for the support of Aldar, noting:

Held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, the Special Olympics World Games Abu Dhabi 2019 will see the largest sports and humanitarian event in the world come to Abu Dhabi, marking its first debut in the history of the MENA region. In line with its commitment to corporate social responsibility, Aldar is pleased to support this event, which celebrates the power of inclusion and diversity.
Over 7,000 Special Olympics athletes representing over 170 countries from around the world will participate in the week long programme of sports, entertainment and community events held in Abu Dhabi from 14 – 21 March 2019.
