The Union National Bank, UNB, has announced its participation in the 20th National Career Exhibition, in an effort to empower UAE Nationals, encourage the young talent and give them the opportunity to embark on a successful employment journey. The objective is to reinforce the banking sector in the UAE and to contribute towards preparing for the future of the financial sector in the country.

Ali Khaled Alhashmi, Senior Vice President & Head of Human Resources & Centre of Excellence Group at UNB, said, "Our aim is to support the achievement of the UAE’s strategic plan in establishing a knowledge-based economy as we empower the local talent pool. The National Career Exhibition is an integral part of the UAE government’s initiatives to successfully integrate national manpower into the country’s workforce. By bringing together leading public and private establishments in the country at a single place, the exhibition provides thousands of job and training opportunities for Emirati youth.
