Al Hilal Bank launches Ruwwad Al Hilal Program, a 36-week development program targeting UAE Graduates holding bachelor degrees in majors such as Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business and IT. Candidates need to be 25 years or below and residents of Abu Dhabi.
The trainees will join the program and receive training across three different divisions
Theoretical and practical training will follow to develop professional competencies
Concludes with the presentation of an innovation-design-thinking project as trainees graduate from the program

The program will empower young graduates and give them a head start in their careers by exposing them to modern and innovative Islamic Banking.”
The program promises on-the-job development, technical development, leadership development and job placement in the trained business field upon completion.
