Welcoming families to gather together to embrace the spirit of the Holy Month of Ramadan, Yas Mall has created a wonderful, family-friendly calendar of cultural activities and events, including the fully immersive edutainment 360 degree Cosmic Dome, , Quran lessons for children, daily Taraweeh prayers and new Ramadan menus.

This Ramadan, from 1st – 15th June, Yas Mall will introduce the immersive Cosmic Dome experience to a mall for the first time, featuring a blend of entertainment and education, across a 360 degree, immersive experience with lunar and nature content in a full -  surround visual and audio atmosphere. Designed as a simulated spaceship, The Cosmic Dome promotes learning through experiential, full sensory learning. Visitors can enjoy a 20-minute shows about the origins of the moon and the Islamic calendar. As well as spectacular nature based footage of life under the sea.

To engage its younger visitors every day during the Holy Month, Yas Mall will host children’s Holy Quran lessons, partnering with the General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments (AWQAF). Yas Mall will also host daily Taraweeh prayers at the mall prayer rooms.

Yas Mall’s Cascade Dining area, located at the entrance to Ferrari World, features 21 dining outlets with appetizing dining options allowing families and friends to spend quality time together this Ramadan. In keeping with the season, Cascade Dining features Al Fanar, which offers a full range of tradition Emirati dishes and specialties. As well for foodies wanting to mix it up, Masala Street offers Iftar menu. Yas Mall is the perfect place to break your fast and enjoy Al Fresco dining.

Echoing the charitable ethos of Ramadan Yas Mall encourages all its visitors to take part and participate the joint initiative at Geant Hypermarket, by donating one dirham to the non-profit organization Make-A-Wish UAE®, which grants the wishes of children with life threatening medical conditions.
