National Investment Corporation (NIC) has officially completed validation, endorsement and registration of Fairmont Marina Residences and Marina Sunset Bay as real estate development projects at the real estate records of the Land Department with the Municipality of Abu Dhabi.

In addition, Nationwide Middle East Properties LLC., a leading and Abu Dhabi-based Real Estate broker, has been awarded, through a tender, to market and sell both “Fairmont Marina Residences” and “Marina Sunset Bay” projects.

The two projects are the latest in ultimate luxurious residential units to be located at the breakwater area, Abu Dhabi City and are set to be completed by the third and fourth quarter of 2017 respectively.
