Construction conglomerate Trojan Holding has successfully completed the 100 Trojan Young Engineers initiative which it launched last year.
The initiative invited UAE students from across the country to various live construction sites in Abu Dhabi and Dubai to experience first-hand day to day activities and gain an insight into working life by experiencing both management and construction site roles.
The program spearheads Trojans bid to foster a new generation of Engineering leaders, offering them the first stage of practical experience that will allow their contribution to the UAEs Construction Sector.
The initiative is led by Managing Director, Eng Hamad Al Ameri from the UAE, who as a qualified Engineer, is well aware of the importance of young Engineers to the future of the country and is committed to helping them build their skills, experience and leadership qualities.
Eng. Al Ameri said: We were glad to see the level of enthusiasm, competency and commitment from all the students who attended various days of the 100 Trojan Young Engineers initiative and were pleasantly surprised by the level of their performance and engagement in the program.
Inspired by the forward thinking of the 2021 vision and the dedication of the UAE leadership, we follow their example and strive to empower future generations as they safeguard and advance the intellectual progress made by those before them.
The multiple site visits at Tamouh Investments' Horizon Towers on Reem Island- Abu Dhabi, Lu’luat Al Raha in Al Raha Beach- Abu Dhabi owned by International Capital Trading, and Emaar’s Mira Oasis 2 site in Al Qudra-Dubai provided the students with real life Engineering experience that exposed them to the practical aspect of the theoretical taught at class.
