Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC) has announced today that it will host the Abu Dhabi International Boat Show in 2018 in association with British Marine Boat Shows. The event is set to take place at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre in October 2018.
British Marine Boat Shows are the organisers of the London Boat Show and Southampton Boat Show. The London Boat Show takes place at ExCeL London, London’s premier event venue and a wholly owned subsidiary of ADNEC.
Humaid Matar Al Dhaheri, Group CEO of ADNEC, said: “We are delighted to collaborate with British Marine to host a world-class boat show in Abu Dhabi. The event will be a valuable addition to ADNEC’s growing portfolio of local and international events. It will also support Abu Dhabi’s leisure marine industry through bringing leading international and local companies under one roof.”
Al Dhaheri added: “Our partnership with British Marine will allow us to develop a well-attended marine event co-located with the most successful outdoor sports exhibition in the region. In hosting Abu Dhabi International Boat Show, we seek to further build on the success of our existing shows and create a unique platform for exhibitors in the marine and leisure industries.”

British Marine’s portfolio contains two world-class events including London Boat Show that takes place at ExCeL London.
ADNEC offers 133,000 square metres of inter-connected floor space to match the expectations of a wide variety of events and exhibitions. Equipped with modern facilities and built to international standards, the venue attracted 1.5 million people across 480 events in 2016.
