The recent debut of the refreshed 55 &5th The Grill restaurant offers an uplifting entertainment, an innovative dining experience and thematic promotions.
Setting a new standard for brunches, the city’s true beachfront address offers two alluring brunch packages to include the well recognised The St. Regis Saadiyat Brunch on Friday and the Asian Fusion Brunch on Saturday.
The resort will also be hosting several enticing gastronomical activations to include Choctober Afternoon Tea, Sunset Menu at Sontaya, #Reserveyourview BBQ and seafood based nights at Turquoiz, and culinary-themed night at Olea.

The resort’s Head Pastry Chef Hyeran Do has created an all-chocolate experience afternoon tea offering an array of luxurious pastries from TWG earl grey mousse scented with lemon confit to Bitter cocoa nib crumble topped with Dulcey cream, amongst others.
