The Executive Committee of the Executive Council, presided over by Saeed Eid Al Ghafli, Head of the Executive Office, has adopted the Customer Communication and Awareness Guide prepared by the Abu Dhabi General Secretariat of the Executive Council.
The committee highlighted the importance of issuing guides that set out frameworks for various fields of government work based on the best principles adopted in these fields, which helps improve the performance of entities and achieve set objectives. It also emphasised the guides' role in improving customer services and customer satisfaction, developing government services, facilitating procedures and helping digitisation efforts.
The guide seeks to improve the public’s experience with 42 government entities. It realises the importance of improving the quality of services provided by government entities and companies, as well as improving and facilitating government services in line with the Abu Dhabi Plan objectives regarding the provision of excellent services and customer experiences.
The guide was developed in collaboration with government entities in Abu Dhabi and the Executive Office. It allows entities to provide excellent services and satisfy their customers as it guides them through the establishment of a unified approach, the adoption of clear standards for all customer communications, and the provision of information to customers and tools that help them access this information when necessary.
