Yas Island, a key component of the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council's Plan Capital 2030, is growing to become one of the Emirate's most established luxury residential destinations.

The Island is a central part of Aldar Propertiesdestination development strategy, and already boasts a number of residential projects currently under development, namely; West Yas, Ansam and Mayan. Complemented by seven hotels, Yas Mall, proximity to theme parks, marina and F1 race track, a significant land bank remains which will enable Aldar to successfully develop well into the future.
