Spring is in the air, and Mikado Cafe, the signature Japanese concept brought to UAE by ALSA Food Restaurants & Management LLC, has designed a very special menu to go with the Japanese cherry blossom season, carefully crafted by its corporate Chef Fabio Nakazato.
Adding an interesting twist to its normal menu, Chef Fabio’s spring menu offers the essence of the season with Zensai, offering small portions of pickled vegetables, spring rolls and Nori canapes; Usuzukuri Mikado – thinly sliced white fish sashimi with Ume Tosazu sauce with green salad; Soba Maki – the Saba noodles with vegetables and tempura; Wagyu truffle sukiyaki, and an assorted sushi platter with Mikado Spring specials and flower clear soup. For desert, indulge in a mouth-watering multi-layered crepe cake.
