Bord Eau, one of the most revered restaurants in Abu Dhabi, will restore the legacy of fine dining by presenting a lavish 10-course menu originally served to the first-class passengers aboard the Titanic on 14 April 1912.

6:30 to 11:30 p.m.
Bord Eau invites guests to enjoy a four-course menu with a selection of grapes every Wednesday. This April, the journey will go through Burgundy. Each dish is paired with a grape variety to complement the dishes. Each month, Bord Eau will present a new region from France.

SOFRA bld
Through authentic Arabia-meets-Asia food at the souq-style restaurant, the chefs showcase cuisines from their hometowns. Guests may indulge in and savour dishes from the Emirates, Iran, Morocco, Egypt, India and other Asian countries.
• Daily breakfast at Dh135 per person
• Lunch with non-alcoholic drinks at Dh190 per person
• Lunch with alcoholic package at Dh250 per person
• Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday buffet dinner with non-alcoholic drinks at Dh246 per person

“Fish Tales” Seafood Buffet
Guests may choose from the selection of fresh seafood on display at the Sofra bld bazaar. A whole tuna is sliced for the freshest Sashimi in town, Belgium mussels are steamed while diners wait and lobster is grilled to perfection. Guests can wander through the bazaar, watch a chef carve the tuna and select their favourite cuts. The bazaar is open on Mondays from 6 to 11 p.m.

“The Butcher’s Block”
Guests may visit the butcher at Sofra bld and choose their favourite cut of meat, explain how they prefer it prepared and add their perfect sides. They can select matching sides, salads and a variety of desserts to satisfy their taste buds. They can then round up the meal with the restaurant’s Cowboy Doughnuts, freshly baked each time. The butcher is available on Tuesdays from 6 to 11 p.m.

“Ladies Dine Free”
Ladies may dine at any of the restaurants during any meal time. They can buy one main dish and get a complimentary second main dish when they book by phone only.
