Abu Dhabi Music and Arts Foundation’s ‘Early Bird’ ticket offer for Abu Dhabi Festival 2016, ADF16, will end by 31st January. With a series of renowned performers in both classical music and dance set to grace the Abu Dhabi Festival stage throughout April this year, the ‘Early Bird’ ticket offers a 25% discount on all headline performances for the 13th edition of the annual festival.
Headline performances at ADF16 will include an exuberant line-up of world-famous performers, including the greatly-loved French soprano, Natalie Dessay, and acclaimed bass-baritone, Laurent Naouri, who will begin ADF16’s programme of concerts at Emirates Palace with 'Natalie and Laurent in Recital' on 10th April, accompanied by pianist Maciej Pikulski.
ADF16 will also welcome one of classical music’s greatest global stars as Chinese pianist Lang Lang takes to the stage to perform masterpieces by Tchaikovsky, Bach and Chopin in 'Lang Lang in Recital' on 14th April. The festival also welcomes the Orchestre de Paris, France’s premiere symphony orchestra, led by its inspirational Music Director, Paavo Jarvi, for two evenings of sublime classical music on 15th and 17th April.
Nick Lloyd Webber and James D Reid’s new musical and immersive concert version of the contemporary classic, 'The Little Prince', on 21st and 22nd April, is set to enthrall and move audiences of all ages. Finally, set to close the festival in a spectacular finale, 'Carlos Acosta and Friends' on the 25th and 26th April, will see the celebrated Cuban-born ballet dancer make his Arab world debut with a programme of iconic classical ballet pieces alongside a company of world-class dancers.
